Introduction to Baking

• Introduction to the kitchen: Basic kitchen safety rules and hygiene practices.

• Introduction to baking equipment and tools.

• Introduction to ingredients: Flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking powder/soda, salt, vanilla extract, etc.

• Cake Recipe Interpretation

• How to read cake recipes and measure ingredients accurately.

• The Business of Baking; An exciting business class designed to ignite the kids’ entrepreneurial spirit and also encourage their young minds to explore the world of commerce.

   Hands on Baking

​

We would be baking the following treats from scratch:

• Cupcakes 

• Cakes

• Cookies

 DAY THREE

                                                

  

• Introduction to cake decorating tools: Piping bags, tips, spatulas, etc

 

• Introduction to buttercream frosting and assorted cake toppings.

​

• Cupcake Decorating

​

• Cake Decorating

• Review of all techniques learned throughout the course.

• Presentation: Each student display and presents their favorite cake creation.

 

 BONUS CLASS

               

​​Mocktail Mixology Class : A refreshing adventure in creating kid-friendly mocktail.

 GRAND FINALE

END OF ACADEMY YEAR BAKE SALE EXTRAVAGANZA and CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION CELEBRATION.

​

At the end of the academy year, we would have a bake sale showcasing the talents of our budding bakers.

Profit from the bake sale will be shared among the kids or donated to a charity of their choice. The option to take will be entirely based on the decision of the kids.

​

Each participant will be awarded a certificate for their creativity, teamwork, and dedication throughout the course.

Our aim is to applaud their achievements and showcase their baking brilliance!
